The Rumbleverse.com domain forwards to the Iron Galaxy home page, which has been the case for many months at this point. The domain name was recently set to expire though, which (if it happened), would allow anyone else to buy the rights to use the site URL and direct it to any content they wanted to. Iron Galaxy still owns the rights to Rumbleverse, so they don't want just anyone in charge of the URL used for their game... even if it's not active right now.
It's is common practice for Companies to maintain URLs even if they don't intend to use it in the foreseeable future, but renewing it now can be considered a good sign still. If they didn't even care to save the URL from potential Squaaaaters, that'd be a sure sign the game will not be coming back. They also renewed it for 2 years instead of the minimum of 1 year at a time, so there's a little something more to be hopeful about.
In addition to the main site, it looks like the following Rumbleverse related URLs are up for renewal very soon:
Many of these are up for renewal this month (April, 2024), but some are set for later this year still. In many cases, companies will set them to auto renew just a couple of days before they are set to expire. We will probably see them updated too in the coming weeks if they want to maintain all of their options still.
Keeping the hope alive!
Maybe they can find a company other than GoDaddy to register the rest of their sites at though, as they do not support an open internet...
